Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our Dental Claims Specialist. To find out more about our financial/payment policies, please take a moment to review our Financial Policy/Patient Financial Responsibility Form.
Payment Options
- Cash, personal checks (for established patients only), money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending (FSA) benefit cards and checks are also accepted.
- Care Credit: For those patients who qualify and prefer to extend payments beyond the conclusion of treatment, we are pleased to offer Care Credit – the American Dental Association approved commercial revolving line of credit specifically designed for the payment of dental care. Insurance Information
For those with insurance coverage, we will help you maximize your insurance benefits for covered procedures. Should you desire, a predetermination of insurance benefits will be provided to you prior to scheduling treatment. If you would like a predetermination of benefits, please discuss this with your provider and/or contact our Dental Claims Specialist.
Your deductible and/or any co-payment due will be collected at the appointment when services are rendered. As a courtesy, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier for the services we provide to you. However, your insurance coverage is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance carrier. We consider you to be financially responsible for your account.
We are preferred providers for Delta Dental. Our providers are also credentialed with some agency insurance plans. We are happy to file claims for any dental insurer however we advise you to contact your dental insurance company to determine if our providers are considered out of network for your specific plan.
